Un squat ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 correctement permet un bon renforcement des muscles de la r\u00e9gion, am\u00e9liore la mobilit\u00e9 du bas du dos et assure une bonne sant\u00e9 des articulations de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici comment bien ex\u00e9cuter un squat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Placez vos pieds \u00e0 la largeur de vos \u00e9paules parall\u00e8les ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/li><li>Contractez vos abdominaux<\/li><li>Gardez le dos bien droit et regardez devant vous<\/li><li>Faites comme si vous allez vous asseoir. D\u00e9placez vos fesses vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re et mettez votre poids sur vos talons et non les orteils.
